Every person at some point in their lives may struggle with their mental health and face challenges they need support with. The lockdowns that we have been living through over the last year, have applied extra pressure and we may all need a little extra help and guidance now more than ever.

With that in mind, we have identified various sources of support for mental health and well-being on this webpage. This webpage aims to support you during your time at Thomas Clarkson Academy and provides useful tips and guidance, whether you are experiencing mental health problems or have done in the past, or whether you would just like more information on how to keep yourself healthy and well.

Here at TCA, we acknowledge the role of good mental health in enabling students to access and maximise on all the opportunities that good, quality education can provide in order to flourish and reach their full potential.

However, the most important thing on this webpage is this message to you…if you have a concern or worry- talk to someone!

If you would like more information, please contact Hayley Davies at Hayley.davies@thomasclarksonacademy.org
