Sixth Form Students Experience Cultural Enrichment in Rome

Students from Year 12 and 13 at TCA recently enjoyed an unforgettable weekend of culture in the historic city of Rome. As part of the Sixth Form experience at TCA, students are encouraged to participate in a variety of extracurricular activities to enhance their classroom learning and gain valuable life experiences.

This trip, hailed as the best to date, included visits to some of Rome's most iconic sights, such as the Vatican, The Coliseum, The Trevi Fountain, and The Pantheon. The students also had the opportunity to explore local markets and savour the fantastic Italian cuisine.

The trip was not only educational but also provided students with free time to shop and dine, allowing them to immerse themselves fully in the vibrant culture of Rome. The experience was a highlight of the academic year, offering a perfect blend of learning and leisure.

"It was an absolute pleasure to take such a great group of young people," said Head of Sixth Form Mrs Hornby. The students returned with enriched perspectives and memories that will last a lifetime.
