Holiday Activities and Food Programme for 2025

The Cambridgeshire Holiday Activities and Food (HAF) Programme has received government funding for 2025, ensuring that free holiday scheme places will be available during the Easter, Summer, and Christmas school holidays. This initiative aims to support eligible primary and secondary school children and young people by providing enriching activities and nutritious meals.

The Easter HAF Programme is set to run from April 7 to April 17, 2025. Each eligible child can book up to 16 hours across all holiday schemes, subject to availability at the time of booking. Participants will enjoy a variety of fun experiences, along with a healthy lunch and snacks provided at each scheme.

Eligibility Criteria:

  • Families receiving income-related free school meals (FSM).
  • Families where FSM eligible and non-eligible children live in the same household.
  • Families just managing financially (subject to referral from a professional).
  • Recently arrived refugee families.

Making a Booking: Easter eligibility codes will be issued on March 3, 2025. The HAF team will assist with code and eligibility queries from this date. The Provider Directory will be available (via a link on this webpage) and bookings will open across all holiday schemes on March 3, 2025.
