To mark the occasion, students are encouraged to get creative, expressive and lyrical and enter a great competition at our academy.

Write a poem in any style you choose, from a limerick to a sonnet and everything in between, and submit it to librarian Miss Robinson during break or lunch.

You can also send entries via Teams email and the closing time and date is 1:10pm on Friday, October 21, and you could win a gift voucher.

Our library also has a wide range of resources which you can borrow to help with your poems.
